About the Property
Minutes from the airport, the Belgrade Parkside Chalet welcomes you with an open floor plan and plenty of amenities. The large covered deck with built-in BBQ and hot tub provides an ultimate oasis for your relaxation and enjoyment. Backing up to a community park, there is ample space to get outside and enjoy the day while the kids play at the playground. The 3 bedrooms have plenty of space for your group with 2 king beds and a queen bed. Once you arrive, you may never want to leave.

The Main Bedroom features a king bed, dresser, sitting area, and direct access to the rear deck and hot tub. The connected ensuite is spacious and includes a corner soaker tub, shower, dual vanities, and walk in closet.
The other two bedrooms feature another king bed, a queen bed, and blackout shades.
All bedrooms feature comfortable, memory foam mattresses, clean linens, Pillow, and blankets.

Check-in / Check-out
For your convenience, a self-check-in is provided. You will be assigned a custom door code that will begin at 3:00 pm on the day of your arrival.
Check-in: 3:00 pm
Check-out: 10:00 am
Detailed check-in instructions will be emailed to you three days before your arrival.
House Rules
Check-in begins at 3:00 pm on the first day of your reservation.
No overnight street parking is allowed. There are three parking spaces in the driveway. Guests will not have access to the garage. Large commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, and RV's are not allowed.
No pets allowed on the property.
No parties or gatherings of more than 10 people allowed on the property. Be respectful to the neighbors. Excessive noise will not be tolerated.
No smoking or vaping allowed on the property. A minimum of $250 fee will be charged to any guest who smokes or vapes on the property.
Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve this listing.
Hot Tub Rules:
- Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, elderly, have diabetes, heart disease, high/low blood pressure, or any other health concerns.
- Soak at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
- Bathing suits are required at all times.
- No running, jumping, diving, or rough play.
- Children under the age of 5 are not permitted.
- No more than 6 people in the hot tub at one time.
- Rinse off before and after using the hot tub.
- Do not adjust the temperature.
- Keep the lid closed when not in use.
- Do not splash water out of the hot tub.
- Notify the host immediately if the water level drops below the jets or if there are any other issues.
Security cameras are in use on the property. One is located at the front of the garage and the other is a video doorbell. Noise detection equipment may be used in order to detect excessive noise levels.
Check-out is at or before 10:00 am on the last day of your visit.
Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occurs on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to the host immediately.
A full refund will be issued for cancelations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund will be issued for cancelations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund within 7 days of check-in.
All guests that fail to comply with the house rules are liable for any associated cost of damages, fees, or expenses. They are subject to immediate removal from the property without refund.
