The Space

This large four bedroom home features an open floor plan and is perfect for your entire family or group to vacation together and create amazing memories. Gather together on the comfortable sofa and chars in the living room as you enjoy the ambience created by the gas burning fireplace.

The large, well equipped kitchen features a gas range and large center island. Enjoy a meal together while enjoying the views of the breath-taking Bridger Mountains.

The community park across the street features a climbing boulder, play structure with slides, swings, large open area, pavilion, trails, and large hill that is a popular sledding spot during the winter months.

This home is the perfect home base for your stay as it is easily accessible to the airport, downtown Bozeman, skiing at Bridger Bowl, and exploring all that southwest Montana has to offer.

Guests will enjoy access to the entire property including the garage with the exception of a couple locked supply closets.

There is a smart keypad lock on the front door that provides easy access and a seamless check-in.

For your convenience, a self-check-in is provided. You will be assigned a custom door code that will begin at 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival.

Check-in begins at 4:00 pm on the first day of your reservation.
Check-out is at or before 10:00 am on the last day of your visit.

No pets allowed on the property.

No parties or gatherings allowed on the property. Be respectful to the neighbors. Excessive noise will not be tolerated.

No smoking or vaping allowed on the property. A minimum of $250 fee will be charged to any guest who smokes or vapes on the property.

Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve this listing.

Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occurs on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to the host immediately.

All guests that fail to comply with the house rules are liable for any associated cost of damages, fees, or expenses. They are subject to immediate removal from the property without refund.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be issued for cancelations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund will be issued for cancelations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 14 days before check-in. No refund within 14 days of check-in.

 Verified This beautiful home is incredibly well maintained, and it was such a pleasure to stay here. Walking out the door each day to those incredible mountain views was one of the highlights of our stay. The previous guests had used up the propane for the grill, but the hosts were very responsive and had more propane delivered to us the very next morning.
