Please feel free to use any booking platform you like. However, you will save money on fees by booking directly with Montanacation. It's kind of a no brainer. Less money for the same property.

Just like checking into a hotel, we will verify your identy for your reservation. Once you request to book a property, you will be asked to securly upload a picture of your ID and a selfie. This simple process only takes a moment and helps us protect our owners from fraud.

It is easy and secure.

Check-in is easy. You will receive your own custom door code via email before you arrive. Simply enter the code into the keypad and enjoy your stay. The code is automatically deleted after your stay.

Pet policies vary from one property to another. Please check each individual listing for more information.

Bringing pets to a property that doesn't allow pets may result in a non-refundable cancelation and $250 fee.

We provides many of the basics to accomidate you during your stay.

Bedrooms: Sheets, Pillows, Blankets, Duvet, Alarm Clock

Bathrooms: Hand Soap, Shampoo, Bodywash, Conditioner, Bath Towels, Hand Towels, Hot Tub/pool Towels (if the property has a hot tub or pool) Wash Clothes, toilet paper, tissue

Kitchen: Dishes, Silverware, Cookware, Glasses, mugs , Pots & Pans, dish soap, Paper Towels, Coffee

Laundry: (If available at the property) Detergent, Dryer Sheets

Most homes have a basic supply of spices, salt & Peper, oil, etc., but we do not stock pantries. Firewood is provided for homes that have wood burning fireplaces or stoves.

You are responsible for the purchase of any additional items you may require during your stay.
