Your home away from home. This spacious three bedroom house features an open floor plan that is perfect for gathering with family and friends. Easily accessible to the Bozeman airport, Bozeman, Yellowstone National Park, Bridger Bowl, and Big Sky, this home is the perfect launching point for all your Montana adventures. Back at home you can enjoy the large covered back deck, the spacious back yard with fire pit, or a game of ping pong in the game room.
The Space
This home features an open floor plan that is great for gathering with your family and friends. The three bedrooms feature one King and two Queen beds to help you get the perfect nights sleep. The King bed in the primary bedroom is a "split king" where each side has it's own tilt settings and massage feature. The large covered back deck overlooks the spacious landscaped yard with fire pit.
Gueste Access
Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the outbuildings in the back yard, and locked supply closets in the home.
The garage is used as a game room. There is no parking allowed in the garage. Two parking spaces are available in the driveway.
Other Things to Note
This home features Roku TV's in Guest Mode. There are free tv and movie options. Bring your own password for premium services like Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Etc. We do not receive local channels, unless they are included in one of your subscriptions.

From the Airport, head south on Wings Way toward Airway Blvd. Continue straight through the light. Take I90 West Ramp. Take Exit 298 into Belgrade. Turn Left on Jackrabbit Lane. Turn Left onto Jackrabbit Lane. Turn Right onto Amsterdam Road. Turn RIght onto Thorpe Road, follow around bend. Turn Left onto Charolais Street. Turn Right onto Hereford Drive.

There are exterior security cameras that include the front door, and driveway. These cameras may actively record both video and audio that is accessible to the owner and management.
Noise Monitor
A noise decibel monitor may be present on the property. This monitor does not record audio and does not allow the owner to listen in to any activity on the property. It may alert management of excessive noise levels. This monitor may also detect smoke and estimated occupancy to prevent large parties.
Animals and Wildlife
Wildlife is common in Montana and may include, but is not limited to, deer, elk, moose, snakes, horses, bears, mountain lions, mice, insects, foxes, etc. The presence of such animals and insects is expected in Montana and not grounds for cancellation or refund.
House Rules
No overnight street parking is allowed.
There are two parking spaces in the driveway.
Guests will not have access to the garage.
Large commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, and RV's are not allowed.
No pets allowed on the property. A $250 fee plus damages will be charged to guests who bring unauthorized pets.
No parties or gatherings of more than 10 people allowed on the property.
Be respectful to the neighbors.
Quiet Hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property. A $250 fee plus damages will be charged to any guest who smokes or vapes on the property.
Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occurs on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to the host immediately.
Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve this listing.
Upon booking, you will be required to complete a Guest Identity Verification through a third-party provider. Just like checking into a hotel, this process verifies that the person booking the reservation and staying at the property is the person associated with the booking account. This process is safe, secure, and easy. Guest verification must be complete within 48 hours of booking or prior to arrival, whichever occurs first.
Use fire pit at own risk. Fires must be kept appropriate size for fire pit. No dangerous play allowed. Wood burning only. Do not leave fire unattended.
